Captain Frankie Lee

The Story of the Swamp Fox

The name “Swamp Fox” has deep roots in Charleston, South Carolina. Brigadier General Francis Marion, known as the original Swamp Fox, earned his legacy during the American Revolution as a master of the waterways, swamps, and hidden routes of the Lowcountry. He was clever, resourceful, and always one step ahead. The kind of leader who turned every journey into an adventure.

Captain Frankie Lee, founder of SwampFoxAdv.com, proudly carries that nickname forward. Born and raised in Charleston, Captain Frankie grew up on the water and built a life around it navigating yachts up and down the East Coast, across the Bahamas, and through the islands. With thousands of days at sea, he combines expert seamanship with Southern hospitality, giving every guest an unforgettable experience.

Just like his namesake, Captain Frankie knows that the best adventures are about more than the destination. They’re about the stories, the laughter, and the memories made along the way. Whether you’re cruising into the sunset, exploring hidden coves, or chasing the horizon, Swamp Fox Adventures invites you to climb aboard and discover what’s waiting out on the water.
